Getting Paid and Leaving Reviews

After an event, you can check the status of payments in your Dashboard under Payment History.

If you haven’t received payment within a week, you can:

  1. Contact the venue directly using the contact information provided on the event page.

  2. Reach out to our support team if further action is needed at contact@lineupbooking.com

After completing an event, you’ll have the option to leave a review for the booking. Reviews help the Lineup algorithm recommend venues for future bookings and also support artists and venues in setting standards within the scene.
